Online casino rules differ slightly from the traditional game, in as much that players will attempt to beat the dealer, as opposed to each other.

The game begins by the player placing his bet in the Ante field. This bet will pay out at odds of 1:1 if the dealer is beaten by a Straight or a lower hand. There is also a possibility to place an optional  bet on the AA space. AA will pay out if the first 5 of the dealt cards (the 2 cards of the player and the flop) include at least one pair of Aces.

When the bet has been placed, the player clicks Deal and is dealt 2 cards (face up), while the dealer receives 2 face down cards.3 cards are dealt face up as common/ community cards, the flop. The player now has to decide whether he is able to produce a winning hand out of his own cards and the flop.
If this is not possible, the player may fold, losing his initial bet. Is the hand good enough to continue playing, the player clicks Call and then has to double his original Ante or AA bet (or both). The final two of the common cards, the River and the Turn, are then dealt.
A hand better than dealer’s will win and the bets will be returned, combined with the winnings, to the player. The dealer must hold a minimum of two 4s in order to qualify. Should he fail to qualify, the Call bet is returned to the player and the Ante bet is paid out according to the pay table.
In case of a tie, the remaining cards will be examined and the highest card determines which hand wins. If both hands are of the same type, for instance a flush, the highest cards contained hand will win – for example, a Heart flush containing an Ace, 10, 9, 7and a 5 would beat one consisting of a King, Jack, 8, 3 and 2. The odds Ante and AA bets will pay out at being: a Royal Flush pays out at 100:1 for either, the Straight Flush pays at 20:1on the Ante and 50:1 on AA, while 4 of a kind will pay at 10:1 (Ante) and 40:1 (AA); a Full House pays out 3:1 on Ante and 30:1 on AA, any Flush will get paid at 2:1 for Ante bets and 20:1 on AA bets and  Straight or Lower will pay out at even money on the Ante and 7:1 on the AA bet.

In terms of strategy, it makes statistic sense to call on at least 80% of hands, rather than automatically losing by folding.
