Having been taken into the depth of the ocean by the introductory video, the player will be able to view an underwater power station complete with workers milling about and enjoy the sounds of water gurgling.
Before play commences, the player has to choose his coin value, with choices ranging from $0.01, $0.05, $0.10, $0.25, $0.50, $1 and $2 to a maximum of $5, and activate the paylines. 3 or more of the treasure box scatter symbol will trigger a feature known as Lucky Spins. Any wins during the following 10 spins will pay out using multipliers according to the amount of scatters present. 3 scatters will produce a multiplier o x2, 4 will give x10 and 5 scatters will produce a multiplier of x25. Players will not be able to increase bets during these Lucky Spins.

When three or more of the Lady symbols appear in a line, placed together but not necessarily left aligned, they will trigger a bonus game. The bonus game, played on a separate screen, will allow the player to pick a certain number (equalling the total number of Ladies appearing) of items from a list of 10 items in order to gain bonus credits.

Great Odyssey also offers an opportunity to win Playtech’s progressive jackpot, Dollar Ball. Having placed a separate wager by activating a button located by the top right corner of the screen. Having done this, the player then gets to pick 5 out of 49 numbers. Five numbers are then drawn at random, and the more of them players will match, the more casino players will win. The progressive jackpot is won if all five randomly drawn numbers match the numbers the player selected.
